McKenzie Arena Rules
Patrons attending events at McKenzie Arena must follow venue policies. We break these down for you below.
Ticketing and Payment Rules
You can use credit cards, debit cards, and cash to pay for tickets, concessions, or other items at McKenzie Arena. Although you can use Discover Card when purchasing tickets for the arena on the phone, you can only use Visa or MasterCard in person at the arena.
The in-person arena box office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
The will-call window at the arena is near Gate 1, and you will need to show a credit card and photo ID to pick up your tickets.
Items You Can Bring
You must adhere to the clear bag policies of the arena, which limit the size of the bag you can carry into the arena as well as the bag’s material.
If you have children with you, you may be able to bring a small cloth diaper bag into the arena.
If you have a seat cushion or a bleacher chair that adheres to the McKenzie Arena rules regarding size, feel free to bring it with you.
You can bring children’s snacks or medically necessary food and beverages into the arena.
Items You Cannot Bring
Items you are prohibited from carrying into McKenzie Arena include the following:
» Duffle bags
» Purses
» Totes
» Backpacks
» Fanny packs
» Sealed packages
» Noisemakers
» Weapons
» Balloons
» Outside food or beverage
Miscellaneous Policies
You also must follow a few other policies when attending an event at McKenzie Arena:
» In most cases, no re-entry is possible after leaving the facility.
» Smoking is not allowed inside the arena, but smokers can leave the facility and re-enter through a certain gate.
» Service animals, including trained guide dogs, are allowed in the arena but must remain on a leash at all times.
» Depending on the event, patrons may need to go through metal detectors or submit to a handheld wand scan before entering the building.
